Description: Don Hoerr and Sons, Inc. has been designing, building and remodeling fine homes in the Peoria area for nearly 60 years. We currently are seeking a talented interior designer to work with our customers to create a home that meets their needs and dreams.

This is a full-time position that will be performing many aspects of home design including: assisting in product selections and interior decorating, designing interior remodels, communicating with the project managers throughout construction on all jobs. An ideal candidate possesses creativity, good communication and excellent people skills to successfully provide customer service. Experienced Residential Framing Foreman

Location: Peoria, IL 

Description: Don Hoerr and Sons, Inc. has been designing, building and remodeling fine homes in the Peoria area for over 58 years. We currently are seeking a talented, experienced carpenter with a minimum of 10+ years of experience to add to our team of hard working, professional craftsmen.

This will be a full-time position that can include performing all aspects of framing carpentry including setting steel, floor, wall and roof framing, setting windows and doors, flashings and water management, siding installation, staircase framing and numerous other framing processes. An ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and good people skills to be successful. We want someone our
homeowners can trust to do the job right, and who embraces our company construction standards and procedures.

This position offers an effective hourly wage of up to $58/hr, including:

• Excellent Pay
• Company provided truck
• 9 paid holidays plus an additional 80 hours of paid time off

Experienced Service Carpenter

Description: Don Hoerr and Sons, Inc. has been designing, building and remodeling fine homes in the Peoria area for over 58 years. We currently are seeking a talented, experienced carpenter with a minimum of 10+ years of experience to add to our team of hard working, professional craftsmen.

This may be a full-time position that can include performing all aspects of frame and trim carpentry. An ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and good people skills to successfully provide customer service. We want someone our homeowners can trust to do the job right and who embraces our company construction standards and procedures.

This position offers an effective hourly wage of up to $54/hr, including:

• Excellent Pay

This will be a full-time position that can include performing many different aspects of painting and staining including wall covering, color mixing and a deep knowledge of products and processes. An ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and good people skills to be successful. We want someone our homeowners can trust to do the job right, and who embraces our company construction standards and procedures.

This position offers an effective hourly wage of up to $45/hr, including:
